With 7 unique styled sets in one space, a dedicated podcast room, and curated modern décor, you’ll have everything you need to create high-quality content in a comfortable, inspiring environment. We’re located just a few steps from Ponce City Market, giving you access to a variety of eateries and additional spots to capture candid lifestyle content right in the neighborhood. - Photoshoots: fashion, beauty, lifestyle, product, editorial - Video content: TikToks, Reels, YouTube, branded campaigns - Podcast recording & interview filming - Lifestyle shoots for wellness, business, or influencer content - Creative meetings, workshops, or small networking events Your booking includes access to 7 styled sets, each offering a unique look: 1) Brown Accent Wall Lounge – moody + editorial with a cream chaise and cowhide rug 2) Executive Office Nook – sleek black desk, cream shelving, and modern décor for professional or luxe content 3) Podcast/Interview Area – bright, airy setup with boucle chairs, mics, and natural light 4) Tulum-Inspired Living Room – chic sofa, abstract art, and greenery as if you’re in the comfort of your home 5) Gallery Wall Section – black + white photo grid, perfect for portraits or modern editorial looks 6) Zen Statement Corner – wood slat wall, camel bench, greenery, and abstract art for versatile content 7) Paper Backdrop Set - Ideal for professional portraits, product shots, and clean branded campaigns.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all creators, please review the guidelines below. Arrival Time • Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin your session on time. Late Arrivals • Sessions run on a strict schedule. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your session. • Arriving 15 minutes late or more may result in forfeiting your booking. Hair Preparation • Hair styling is NOT included. • Please arrive with your hair fully styled and ready to shoot. Outfits & Props • Feel free to bring 2–3 outfits and any props you’d like to use during your shoot. We have a clothing rack + steamer. Content Creation • Your session includes studio time, so you’re welcome to capture additional content. • We recommend bringing your tripod or phone stand if you’d like to film Reels or TikToks during your session. Photo Delivery • Your 5 edited images will be delivered within 7–10 business days. Rescheduling • Sessions are non-refundable due to the limited nature of this event. • One reschedule may be allowed with 48 hours notice, depending on availability. Studio Care • Please treat the studio space and furniture with care. ⸻ Parking Instructions To avoid parking tickets or boots, please register your vehicle before arriving. PLEASE PARK ONLY IN THE PONCE SPRINGS PARKING GARAGE.
